Gem Sugar has been rewarded with many an accolade on its eventful journey to surpassing its own excellence.

The most noteworthy awards that it has won are:

• Special award from the South Indian Sugarcane and Sugar Technologists' Association (SISSTA) for the highest average sugar recovery at 12.12% recorded in South India during 2006-07 season.
• Second prize from the South Indian Sugarcane and Sugar Technologists' Association (SISSTA) in recognition of the company's activities towards best cane development for the season 2009-10 "Karnataka Region".
• Third prize from the South Indian Sugarcane and Sugar Technologists' Association (SISSTA) for the best performance of its co-generation unit for the season 2010-11 "Karnataka Region".
